“Helped” is one of the most overused resume verbs. It's so common that recruiters scan past it. Replace it with the specific action you took — and pair it with a result.

Common mistake
Don't replace “helped” with “assisted.” It's the same word in a slightly more formal coat. Use a verb that names the specific action.
