Better Words for "responsible"
“Responsible for X” has been worn out on résumés. It tells the reader you had the title — but not what you did with it. Use a verb of ownership instead.

On a résumé bullet
Replace “Responsible for X” with “Led X,” “Owned X,” or another concrete verb. Pair with a result.

Common mistake
Don't add adjectives like “primary responsibility.” That doesn't strengthen the sentence — it pads it. Use one strong verb.
